Team building - “Individuals play the game but teams win championships”

The main objectives of team building are to increase productivity, motivation and morale. Removing employees from the office environment breaks down barriers enabling the team to engage learn and enjoy themselves.  Team building is an effective way to improve a group's skills, bonding and communication. Our recording sessions offer realistic experiences that motivate individuals to achieve a common goal.  We can put together personalised programmes working with you to ensure that your objectives are met.

Our most popular team building package involves a competition between two groups to write and perform their own songs in our state of the art recording studios.  Each team will work with a Producer and Vocal Coach and the end result will be fantastic!  Working with superb caterers we can provide you with an overall package that will guarantee your staff with an experience they will not forget.

All participants will leave with a recording of their own song.  We are based on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells (50 mins form Charing Cross).  If you think we are too far away we can always bring the experience to you!
