Bands and groups Typically 1 day in the studio includes recording, mixing and mastering. DVD multi-track back-up and 10 CD copies to take home. Band Package 1: Includes 3 days recording & mixing, 1 hour free mix tweak session, 2 hour mastering session and 100 CD copies (available weekdays only). Band Package 2: Includes 5 days recording & mixing, 2 hours free mix tweak session, 3 hour mastering session and 250 CD copies (available weekdays only). Live venue and pub gig recording We have the equipment necessary to rig around an exisiting band line up at a gig in little more than an hour, taking split feeds from mics and also micing the entire kit, bass and guitars to then capture your entire gig onto 24 track which we can then give to you as files on data DVD to use in such programs as Logic, Cubase or Pro-Tools. Singer songwriters / Instrumentalists We can create the ideal backing track for your music, or we can add and enhance your guitar or piano based music with drums, bass, guitar, string arrangements and so on. You can sing either while playing instrumentation or sing after the music has been recorded. Mastering Typically from 1 to 4 hours studio time, the mastering process involves various techniques to bring the best out of each recording and mix, increasing it's perceived volume and balancing it with the track before and/or after. Also involves creating CD track markers, pauses between tracks and hiding a track at the end (or the beginning). Original music sources can be from .WAV file, CD, DAT tape, MiniDisc or Cassette.
